Inbox
Mentions, task updates, and approval requests in one place, each one a click from the thing it is about, so you do not have to watch every task to know what is waiting on you.
Work in Dhanu happens in many tasks at once, some of them run by AI staff while you are doing something else. The Inbox is how any of it reaches you without you going looking.
Three tabs
| Tab | What lands there |
|---|---|
| All | Everything, newest first |
| Approvals | Things paused until you decide, a staff member about to send an email, a Brain page waiting for review |
| Mentions | Mentions, assignments, and tasks that changed |
What arrives
- Someone @mentions you in a task or a channel
- A task you own or are assigned to moves, a new reply, a finished artifact, a subtask reporting back
- An AI staff member asks for approval before doing something it cannot undo
- A Brain proposal is waiting for review, if that is your job
Each item links straight to the task, page, or request it is about. You land in context, not on a summary of it. Approvals can be granted or declined from the Inbox without opening the task.
Using it well
Decide approvals, do not park them. A staff run waiting on you is not doing anything. A request you have ignored for a week is one you should have declined on day one.
Treat a repeated approval as a settings problem. If the same staff member asks the same question every Monday, either its access level is too low for the job or the job is not one it should have. See Email, chat, calendar and approvals.
